STUDENT AMBASSADORSHIP PROGRAMME
ATF Student Ambassador Programme (ATF-SAP)
The ATF Student Ambassador Programme (ATF-SAP) is a Pan-African programme that selects and empowers outstanding students to serve as education advocates, campus liaisons, and youth leaders in support of teachers and education development.
Student Ambassadors act as a bridge between students, teachers, and the African Teachers Festival, promoting positive education conversations, teacher appreciation, and youth participation in education initiatives.
Objective of ATF-SAP
• To develop young leaders with strong communication, leadership, and cultural representation skills.
• To integrate students into the ATF leadership ecosystem.
• To give students a platform to showcase talent, service, and excellence.
• To build future education and community advocates.
• To empower students with exposure, travel opportunities, and leadership experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
• Be between 9 and 21 years old.
• Be able to speak confidently and represent their school.
• Demonstrate good behaviour and academic responsibility.
• Obtain written permission from a parent/guardian and their school.
• Be willing to participate in all ATF training and rehearsals.

Secondary school or tertiary institution students
Students with leadership potential and interest in education
Students passionate about community impact and advocacy
Students willing to serve voluntarily and responsibly
